It was gratefully organized and executed. Thanks to Sreedhar garu for assigning the program "Anyone Can Write" to help BVS Ravi garu. The program went very well. He was very satisfied with the program. Audience learned what are important things to remember before writing a story. He was a little upset about the one and half hour time slot assigned to the program. He would have been happy if the time slot extended to one hour. I was very pleased to help the sports committee (Tennis and Volleyball), thanks to Chandrasekhar garu. Last but not the least thanks to Ravi Appana garu for planning and implementing the celebrity coordination and volunteers who helped in the celebrity committee, and also very much appreciated transportation volunteers who drove the celebrity vehicles.

The Telugu Ammayi event was hugely successful. We received appreciation in superlatives from all quarters. The feedback was that the contestants were very skilled, highly prepared, extremely enthusiastic and that the judges were very accomplished in their respective fields and very dynamic. Everyone said that this was a great event to connect our kids and adults to their telugu roots. Volunteers did a terrific job to ensure seamless organization of the event. The event stuck to its scheduled time duration. All contestants and judges were very flexible to accommodate the changing program schedule for the day. All in all, a major success. I have seen how much of hard work went in to make it happen, months of preparation and dedication by all volunteers. Great planning by Om garu and all the executive committee. Amazing job by the registration team led by RK (there was never a long line), and finally a great list of programs and excellent execution by Hari!

My art work has won to be published in NATS 7th anniversary souvenir. I am very delighted about it and most importantly all the volunteers hard work. I noticed following discrepancies in my art work publication. My entry was missing in table of contents, the verbose that I provided to describe all the details of my painting was missing. I am unable to download the publication . It would be nice if I get a hard copy of the souvenir book to keep in my personal library. All the best for rest of the celebrations.

The day before the day (May 25) and the the day (May 26) there were lot of last minute registrations, donations and guests needing to prepare the registration packets, and operating single handedly the registration database, updating the details and managing the registration counter. Well done RK, keeping up the calmness and consistent guest service mood. With the Banquet reaching over capacity and lot of surprises with the guest lists and add-ons, you have manage it very well.
